Self-Performance
At ZZ Construction, we typically self-perform 25% to 35% of construction projects. Our self-performance capabilities include but are not limited to Heavy Civil (Earthwork, Excavation & Grading), Underground Utilities (Water, Sewer & Fire), Storm Water Mitigation, Structural Steel Framing, and Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB).
We rely heavily on our in-house capabilities to deliver projects punctually, within budget, and safe. To complement our in-house expertise, we maintain a database of qualified subcontractors to support specialized trades. Between our in-house team and our network of subcontractors, we are equipped to complete any horizontal, heavy civil, or earthwork project.
