Mr. Zatica leverages his experience managing construction projects ranging in size from $2-K to $8-M to deliver projects on-time, within budget, and 100% safe. ZZ Construction can support projects up to $8-M, and has the resources to accomplish concurrent projects. With an office in Southern California, we are ready to support civil engineering, horizontal construction, building renovation, and new construction needs throughout the American Southwest.

Self Performance
ZZ Construction typically self-performs 25% to 35% on construction projects. Our self-performance capabilities include: Heavy Civil (Earthwork, Excavation & Grading), Underground Utilities (Water, Sewer & Fire), Storm Water Mitigation, Structural Steel Framing, and Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB).
We leverage our significant in-house performance of major trade work to deliver projects on-time, within budget, and 100% safe. ZZ Construction maintains a database of qualified subcontractors to support specialized trades. Between our in-house performance and our subcontractors, ZZ Construction has the capabilities to complete any horizontal, heavy civil, or earthwork project.
